Please visit my coaching page for information about my growing coaching practice.
I have over 17 years of professional experience in many different types of faith-based organizations and community leadership. This includes local congregations, international human rights programs and advocacy, nonprofits, public policy and judicatory leadership. My core interests are in women’s leadership, social/racial justice and in mentoring the next generation of leadership.
I am also certified to administer the Congregational Assessment Tool, one of the most powerful ways of looking at the life of a congregation from the frame of organizational intelligence. This powerful tool can assist in doing strategic planning, transitional/interim goal-setting and a host of other needs in congregational life. It is focused on helping congregations assess where they are currently and then have practical steps forward to facilitate health, growth and spiritual development.
In addition to my solo consulting work, in 2017 I joined two consulting groups:
The Vandersall Collective, based in New York, NY, whose call is to “inspire transformation and sustainability to usher your calling into a new time and place.” I invite you to visit their website and learn about the variety of services and connections which span the full range of needs a non-profit, congregation or mid-council would need for 21st century leadership.
Clergy and Congregation Consulting, based in Albany, NY, offers assessments, evidence-based congregational consultations and strategic interim training. They also provide clergy and group coaching opportunities. I invite you to visit their website to learn more about the range of services they provide for congregations and their leaders.
I invite you to join me for conversation through my monthly newsletter focused on leadership.
While I am no longer serving in a local congregation, I do still enjoy officiating at weddings of all types from time-to-time!
